Parties

For ages 2 years old to adults, custom art parties are offered here at the Vinings School of Art. Whether it is drawings, paintings, or sculpture-making, we will design a custom "one of a kind" art project or you can choose from the sample project display table. We also hosts special events like Moms Night Out, bridal showers and team outings. Ask about our special discounts for Girls Scouts and Boy Scouts.

PARTY INCLUDES

  • 2 hour time frame
  • Private room and NO other birthday parties at our facility during your party
  • Personal art instructor(s) for the party
  • Art supplies for all the participants
  • Custom designed and printed color postcard invitations with or without addresses (add’l $5)
  • Decorations
  • Kitchen facilities available for your use
  • $30 extra charge if you need to rent an additional room to set up an adult buffet during the party ($30 total for 2 hours)
  • $100 non-refundable deposit/down payment, and pay the balance the day of the party

TWO HOUR PARTY

Example (may be modified)

  • 10-15 minutes for guest arrival, greetings, putting on smocks
  • 1 hour to 1 hour & 20 minutes for your art class
  • 25-40 minutes for your food, drink and cake
  • 5-10 minutes to thank everyone and say bye!

Pricing

$215 for 1-10 children total with 1 staff
$265 for 1-15 children total with 2 staff
$300 for 1-18 children total with 2.5 staff
$325 for 1-20 children total with 3 staff
$375 for 1-25 children total with 3.5 staff
$425 for 1-30 children total with 4 staff

NOTE:
You will need to confirm and "lock-in" the number of participants 3 days before your actual party. There is a $30 per child extra charge for each last minute participant over the number that you agreed to and that you told us to set up for....because then we have to run around and try to accommdate extra people at the last minute. We want your party to have adequate staffing, adequate supplies, adequate prep time so that everything runs as smoothe as possible at your party!
